Find a customer to help with their password. Before resetting, check that the WhatsApp number messaging you matches the number on the account.
Every customer account you have blocked, newest first. They cannot sign in or place orders until you unblock them.
Shows a message on the store and the account page. A message or an offer shows at the top of the page, and customers can close it with ×. An alert pops up in the middle of the screen with the title “Alert!” until they press OK. Posting a new message replaces the one showing now.
Times are Cairo time. Leave Start empty to show the message right away, and leave Stop empty to keep it until you press Remove message. It appears and disappears by itself at those times.
Untick this to block the store, for example during an update. The message then covers the whole website and customers can't close it or order until you press Remove message. The admin page is never blocked.
Customers see the message in their language. If one language is empty, they see the other one.
When this is off, customers must sign in or create an account before they can order. Pressing checkout takes them to the sign-in page, and once they sign in or sign up they go straight back to their order. Press Save and publish after changing it.
Signs every customer out on all their phones and computers, so they have to sign in again. Their accounts, passwords and orders stay as they are. Your admin sign-in is not affected.
Replaces the whole website with a full-screen “We’re under maintenance” page with the logo and a small game, in English and Arabic. Customers can’t browse or order until you turn it off, and then the store comes back by itself within about a minute. The admin page always stays open.

Edit names, prices, stock and images. Stock at 0 shows "Out of stock" and blocks ordering. Untick "Show in store" to hide a product without deleting it.
Every product with a dollar value changes by its dollar value times the rate change, so your profit on each card stays the same. For example, going from 52 to 54 moves a $10 card from 569.99 to 589.99 EGP. Products in other currencies, or with no dollar value, are not changed.
Rename brands, change the line shown under each brand name, and rename regions. Use "Add a new brand" for a brand that isn't listed yet. To add a region, type it in a product's Region field. Products with the same region are grouped together, and the store shows region buttons inside each brand.
Use the arrows to change the order of the brand buttons and sections on the store. "All cards" always stays first.
The moving banner at the top of the store. Use it for new products, offers and announcements, up to 8 slides. A slide with a button takes customers to that brand. Add a square picture, or leave it empty to use that brand's card picture. The small label is the gold-style tag above the title, for example NEW.
Every rating customers sent after an order, newest first. When a customer allows sharing, Add to store reviews copies it to Reviews on the website, where you check it and press Save and publish.
Add only real feedback from real customers, in their own words, with their permission. You can add a screenshot of the WhatsApp message instead of, or with, the text. Hide any personal details such as phone numbers before uploading. The section stays hidden in the store until you add at least one review.
Customers type a code on the payment page and the discount comes off their total. Codes are stored scrambled, so nobody can read them from the page. After you save a code you only see its first letters. Limits to know: the page does not count how many times a code is used, so check each order in the Orders tab. To stop one customer reusing a code, set "Only for a customer's first orders": the store then counts that customer's orders by WhatsApp number or account, not counting cancelled ones. Use codes of 6 or more characters.
Customers pick one of these at checkout, see the details you write here, pay by transfer, upload their screenshot and tap Confirm order on the website. A method only shows when its details are filled in. If none are filled in, customers send their order straight to WhatsApp instead.
Always offered at checkout after the methods above. The customer enters their delivery address and pays in cash when the order arrives. This shipping fee is added to their total. Orders already placed keep the fee they were charged. Set it to 0 for free delivery.
Customers trust shops that say who they are. Each field appears in the store only when you fill it in. Write English and Arabic versions, or just one.
Shown at the bottom of the store. Edit the examples, or add your own.
Linked at the bottom of the store and above the Confirm order button. Each line is a paragraph. A short line that starts with a number, like "1. Digital products", becomes a heading. The "Last updated" date changes to today when you edit the text.
Get a notification on your phone or computer, even when the phone is locked, like any other app. On iPhone, add Gaming Zone to your home screen (Share, then Add to Home Screen), open it from that icon, come back here and tap Turn on. Each phone or computer needs turning on once. The switches below save straight away.

Signed-in customers see a Turn on notifications button in My orders while one of these is on. On iPhone it works when they use Gaming Zone from their home screen.
A section on the home page, after the reviews, and a short line at checkout, saying you are a registered company, how many years you have been in business and since when you sell on Amazon Egypt, that your WhatsApp is verified, and that documents are available on request. The VAT number shows with its middle hidden.
When customers rate an order in My orders, they can tick "Gaming Zone can show my review on the website". Untick this to hide that option. Customers can still rate their orders, and reviews they already allowed stay allowed.
Sections and product cards fade and slide in as customers scroll, in both directions, and a thin progress line shows how far down the page they are. It is switched off automatically for visitors who turned off motion on their phone. Don't like it? Untick the box, press Save and publish, and the store goes back to exactly how it was.
In My orders, customers see their order move from Order received to Verifying payment (after 1 minute), Activating your code (when you press "Payment OK, start activating" in Orders), then Confirmed. Under a waiting order they also see "Most orders are ready within 15 minutes during working hours". Set the minutes here, or 0 to hide that line.
How times show on order dates, in My orders for customers and in this admin page.
